Andean Medicine Wheel Training
A 12-Month Initiatory Path Through the Four Directions
This 12-month training offers a structured yet deeply experiential journey into the Andean medicine wheel, rooted in the teachings of the Q’ero lineage of the Peruvian Andes.
Both practical and initiatory in nature, this program is designed to guide you through a process of personal healing, energetic awareness, and spiritual development. As you move through the four directions—South, West, North, and East—you will engage in a progressive cycle of clearing, transformation, integration, and embodiment.
At the heart of this training is the understanding that true learning comes through experience, relationship, and practice. Each phase builds upon the last, supporting a grounded and meaningful integration of the teachings into daily life.
The Sacred Mesa
Throughout the 12-month journey, each participant will create and develop their own mesa—a traditional Andean medicine bundle of sacred stones and objects.
The mesa becomes a living altar and energetic container for your personal path. As you move through each direction, you will add to and work with your stones, gradually empowering the mesa through ceremony, intention, and practice.
Over time, this bundle holds your prayers, your healing, and your connection to the lineage of the teachings. It becomes both a tool and a reflection of your transformation—something you will carry with you long after the training is complete.
Program Overview
Duration: 12 months
Structure: Four training modules (one per direction)
Sequence: South → West → North → East
Investment: $500 per direction ($2,000 total)
Each module includes guided instruction, experiential practices, and ceremonial elements designed to support integration at all levels—physical, emotional, and energetic.
The Four Directions
South – Foundation & Healing
Archetype: Serpent
The South represents the beginning of the journey and the establishment of a strong foundation. This phase focuses on grounding, stability, and the process of releasing what no longer serves.
Participants learn essential practices for energetic clearing, protection, and working with the body as a source of awareness. This direction supports the development of presence and the ability to move forward with clarity and stability.
West – Transformation & Inner Awareness
Archetype: Jaguar
The West is the domain of transformation. Here, participants engage in deeper inner work, including shadow exploration and the process of facing fear with awareness.
This phase develops the capacity to navigate change, access intuitive perception, and work with the unseen aspects of experience. It is a key stage in reclaiming personal power and strengthening inner resilience.
North – Wisdom & Integration
Archetype: Hummingbird
The North brings a shift from personal process to integration and perspective. Participants are introduced to practices that cultivate connection to lineage, ancestral awareness, and heart-centered understanding.
Ceremony becomes more central in this phase, including traditional Andean offerings. The focus is on embodying wisdom and living with greater compassion, clarity, and connection.
East – Vision & Embodiment
Archetype: Eagle / Condor
The East represents illumination, vision, and new beginnings. In this final phase, participants integrate the full medicine wheel and begin to embody the teachings in a practical and intentional way.
The work here focuses on aligning with personal purpose, expanding awareness, and carrying the teachings forward into everyday life with clarity and confidence.
