Medicine Wheel Training
Andean Medicine Wheel Training
A 12-Month Initiatory Path Through the Four Directions
This 12-month training offers a structured yet deeply experiential journey into the Andean medicine wheel, rooted in the teachings of the Q’ero lineage of the Peruvian Andes.
Both practical and initiatory in nature, this program is designed to guide you through a process of personal healing, energetic awareness, and spiritual development. As you move through the four directions—South, West, North, and East—you will engage in a progressive cycle of clearing, transformation, integration, and embodiment.
At the heart of this training is the understanding that true learning comes through experience, relationship, and practice. Each phase builds upon the last, supporting a grounded and meaningful integration of the teachings into daily life.

Pachamama - The Living Earth Mother
In the Q’ero Andean tradition, Pachamama is honored as the living Earth—an ever-present, nurturing intelligence that sustains, holds, and guides all life. She is not seen as separate from us, but as a conscious, relational field in which we exist.
Within the medicine wheel, Pachamama is the foundation of the entire journey. Each direction invites a deeper connection to her rhythms, cycles, and wisdom—teaching us how to live in balance, presence, and reciprocity.
Through practices such as grounding, prayer, and despacho (sacred offerings), participants cultivate a direct relationship with Pachamama. This connection supports healing, stability, and a deep sense of belonging.
As you build and work with your mesa, it becomes a way to anchor this relationship—holding your connection to the Earth as a source of nourishment, guidance, and transformation.

As a mesa carrier — (working with a sacred bundle of stones imprinted through deep personal work which are used as tools in his healing treatments )— Jeff draws from the profound healing traditions of the Q’ero medicine people of Peru. He has been initiated into their ancient lineage and has walked the Mountains of the Andes, traveling to sacred sites and immersing himself in their teachings with humility, respect, and gratitude..
Jeff’s soul work is rooted in the beauty of energy medicine and shamanic practices of this tradition. His sessions and teachings offer more than just healing — they offer personal awareness, growth and transformation. . He creates safe, sacred spaces where others can reconnect to their inner truth, release old patterns, and awaken their own medicine within.
Whether working one-on-one, facilitating group workshops, or leading certification training, Jeff shows up with connection, clarity, and an open heart. His work honors both the mystical and practical — combining ancient wisdom with grounded energy for real transformation.
I walk the path of the healer, the dreamer, and the wisdom-keeper , guided by this ancient medicine. This work is not just what I do; it is who I am. It is the song my soul came here to sing. If your heart has led you here, perhaps we are meant to walk together for a time. I invite you to explore, reach out, and step into the sacred journey of your becoming. Jeff
The Apus Sacred Mountain Spirits
The Apus — Sacred Mountain Spirits
In the Q’ero Andean tradition, the Apus are revered as living mountain spirits—ancient, conscious beings who serve as guardians, guides, and protectors of the land. Each Apu carries its own presence and wisdom, offering strength, clarity, and connection to the greater forces of nature and spirit.
Through practices of prayer, ceremony, and sacred reciprocity (ayni), participants begin to build a personal relationship with the Apus. This connection becomes a source of guidance and energetic support throughout the medicine wheel journey.
As your mesa (medicine bundle) is created and empowered, it becomes a living bridge to these mountain beings—holding your prayers, your growth, and your connection to the sacred.
