This is an attunement class and Reiki Level 1 certification. You will learn the history of Reiki, experience a guided meditation, learn the hand positions for self treatments and treating others and become attunened to the Reiki Lineage of Healing, You will receive continued support after the class and be given a book , and a Level 1 manual written by your Reiki Teachers.
