In this class we will work with the "Winds of the North" and the Archetype of the Hummingbird, which represents joy and connecting with the sweetness of life. 

You will work with your ancestors and sacred places of wisdom such as the mountains. 
You will also be guided to connect to the teacher within each of you and begin to find your own voice for self empowerment. 

Bring a stone from nature or a crystal to work with, something that fits in the palm of your hand.
